ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

OBJECTIVES

The Key Class provides courses for sixth to eighth graders that are designed around respect for others, how to have a difficult conversation and conflict resolution. Dining manners are also a priority with these classes


These subjects are crucial at this age level for students as they are moving on to high school. The classes will provide a foundation for future classes and keys to personal development.

HIGHLIGHTS

This course will talk about “Just What is Etiquette?” using real life examples as learning tools. 

Topics include:


  • Meet and Greet
  • Body language
  • Eye to eye contact
  • Bullying and what to do if you are bullied
  • Being a good team player
  • Being a good sport
  • How to have a difficult conversation
  • The importance of online encounters
  • Dining manners
